Recognised as TOP CONSULTANT: H&Z Group ranks among the best SME consultants
H&Z has been awarded the TOP CONSULTANT seal 2024. This again places H&Z among the best consultants for SMEs, especially for the area of Strategy & Performance. Former German President Christian Wulff awarded the trophy to Sandra Stoll and Florian Oesterle at the award ceremony.
The H&Z Group has once again been recognised as one of the best management consultancies in Germany in a scientific customer survey. The Munich-based company was awarded the coveted TOP CONSULTANT title on Friday, 28 June 2024 at the German SME Summit in Weimar. The TOP CONSULTANTS were selected by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) on behalf of compamedia. The mentor of the competition is former German President Christian Wulff, who presented the awards.
"The fact that we have received this award for the second time in a row makes us proud and confirms our unique approach of advising clients with brain, heart and hand," said Michael Santo, one of the three Managing Partners of H&Z. "Our approximately 150 consultants are valued by clients not only as professional and strategic sparring partners for important projects, but also as trusted individuals and courageous implementers."

"Anyone who has carried out a project with our consultants on one occasion usually commissions them again. The repeat rate is currently 97 per cent, a figure that is hard to beat in the industry," Santo continues.

A scientific customer survey is of central importance to TOP CONSULTANT: The SME reference customers previously named by the participating companies told the WGMB how satisfied they were with the consultancy services provided by the consultants. They were also asked whether they would recommend the consultancy firm to others (further information on the test criteria can be found at www.top-consultant.de/pruefkriterien). A total of 132 consultancies applied for the TOP CONSULTANT seal this year. 108 were successful and may bear the seal.
